To further this commitment, we have adopted an corporate wide Online Privacy Policy that provides basic guidelines on how we collect, use, disclose, update and protect the information you provide online to Art of Living Singapore and at which point in time information we have collected is when we delete such information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before you use the Art of Living Singapore website. This Online Privacy Policy does not apply to any other information collected by Art of Living Singapore other than information collected through its web sites.

At present, Art of Living Singapore operates register.artofliving.org. Art of Living Singapore may, however, from time to time add new sites that may or may not be listed above. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to web sites maintained by Art of Living Singapore , and entities controlled by International Art of Living Foundation. This Privacy Policy does not apply to web sites maintained by other companies, entities, persons or organizations to which we provide a link or who have links to our websites.
When you click on a hyperlink displayed on our web site, you may be leaving Art of Living Singapore ’s web site and entering another web site for which this Online Privacy Policy does not apply. You may not be specifically informed of this fact although in most instances a new browser window will be opened when a hyperlink is redirecting you to a web site which we do not operate or control. In order to give you the best experience on our site, Art of Living Singapore may collect demographic and aggregate information from its online visitors who access its sites.

A. Online Applications
Some of our sites allow users to submit personal information for specific purposes in a certain capacity (e.g., course registration or when submitting applications for voluntary service project applications). Personal information collected for such purposes in this capacity will be used solely for the purpose specified. For example, course application submissions will be used for the sole purpose of registering and informing participants about for current and future Art of Living Course postings.
B. User comments and e-mail
Our web sites will sometimes invite users to provide us with their feedback and/or comments on our services or on certain events. Users who wish to provide us with their feedback and/or comments will sometimes have the option of also providing us with their name and e-mail address. These information are however optional and the user has the option not to provide us with such information.We do not require users to provide us with such information, however. Comments provided to Art of Living Singapore by users may be posted on our web sites. Alongside such comments, we may also post the user's first name and last initial as well as the city and province which this user has indicated he or she is from. However, we will ensure that any such postings on our web sites does not contain any other personal information, other than the information we have indicated we will provide.
To the extent an online form or an e-mail submitted by a user contains personal information, we will only use such personal information to the extent it is necessary to respond to any feedback, comment or question from such user. We will limit access to such personal information and will keep such personal information in a secure system. Although most online forms and e-mail messages submitted by users are deleted after we have responded, in certain cases hard copies or data extracts may be kept on file. Any such copy or any such information, to the extent it is personal, will also be stored in a secure location.
